I have 2 pcs 1 laptop and they are all on the same network i saw a post about this and it seems that i could but i was wondering how this would work because my network, ip changes almost everyday including internal ips and external ones. (Dad turns off router at night) i just really don't want my serial banned :/

I think you can share it on every PC you have got at home. but still wait for Dev's! Enjoy!

i thought someone said it was possible to "Locally" share your serial with your other computers but we are not allowed to give the serial to friends?

General rule of thumb is that you can install Drive on any computer that remains in your possession. Sharing keys is a no-no.

AFAIK it's currently on the honor system. A serial can be used infinite times without restriction. (I activated my key for the first time on my desktop at home, and then used it again to set up my laptop on hotel internet while vacationing in another country.) The serial will only get banned if it is found out that it is being used to share the game with large amounts of systems for free.

HOWEVER, I do believe the devs said that they would rather have each individual person have their own key. Also, it's like a secret. You can't control who your brother gives the key to once you give it to him. I can't tell you how may ban appeals (my midweek afternoon entertainment) I've read regarding somebody's "little brother" screwing something up. They tend to get no mercy because it isn't something verifiable, it could just as easily be a lie and it's easy to make a single-use account to be your "brother," as the IP doesn't have to be different since many families share a single PC.

TL&DR You can, but it really isn't the best of ideas.

    Thats not true.

I asked something like this, like 1 week ago.
And ever since I got answare, I've been switching between my desktop and my laptop. And so IP's. (I've been traveling, kinda)
