Access in downloads impossible (I am French and endowed)

Hello, here is my problem

Yesterday I have to buy beamNG on your site, and I still have no access to the showroom allowing to download cars and grounds.

Furthermore I have to pay the second thinking license(Bachelor's degree) to have made an error during the first purchase!!!

I look for a solution has these two problems!!

I am French and I have a hard time with English, thank you for your patience and for your clear explanations and precises

Is it possible that the admin still is not to activate my account and would thus be the reason why I have no access has certain parts(parties) of the site???

 

Click the 2nd link you received in your email containing the key for the game and other such things to upgrade your account. If that doesn't work PM tdev with your order # and email of the account.

 

I think that my account is always in wait(expectation) of activation because I always have the same message:

English : There is a second link in your mail(in 1 mail) that makes your account at the forum full,otherwise copy the text of your mail and paste it to translate.google.fr
