Hey guys I did a brief search for "tyre wear" - nothing found, "tire wear" 2 results from about 2 years ago. With the new ENGINE thermals now implemented are there any plans to expand this vehicle behavior to other parts of a vehicle? Namely the tyres/tiresm A pointless feature I know BUT it would be too cool to actually do an epic burnout and blow the tyres off the rims. Revo
A pointless feature? so realistic tire wear would be pointless and just cool for burnouts. What. This is difficult to implement with jbeam unless wear and grip adjustable dynamic values or something was added in. Aswell as brake thermals and fade.
Hi clayton8r Tyre wear/degradation would be an amazing feature overall. Would add another dimension to racing scenarios or hot lapping in free roam at Hirochi raceway or drifting. Maybe you cut a tyre while out rock crawling or have a blow out from an over loaded T series. Perhaps you exceed the speed rating of your vehicles tyre' causing a high speed failure. The uses for this are endless. Popping a tyre during a burnout would be an added bonus. Revo
