Except for PS4 exclusives, sure. Better graphics too. And 60fps.

Actually it's slightly faster since it runs in dual channel mode. Only slightly though. The actual reason to get 2x4 is redundancy (1 stick dies, you can use your PC with half the RAM until you get a new one).
