Crappy police van texture

Something I whipped up in GIMP in about 5 minutes, as my first texture modification in BeamNG. Notice the badly painted black parts and the crappy obviously mouse drawn "LAPD" on the hood.



Place the file in C:\Users\user\AppData\Local\BeamNG\BeamNG.drive-0.3\vehicles\van
MAKE SURE TO BACK UP YOUR ORIGINAL van_c.dds FILE!

Not to be rude, but why did you even upload this?

 

I felt like it was pretty cool (horribly bad) so I uploaded it I think it really captures the "fake paintjob" effect.

 

Honestly, I think that you need to spend a little more time on skins like this

 

This and all of your other skins are just a waste of forum space in my opinion, sorry.

after "le epic swag van" you cant really say he is trying lol.
he does that on purpose, he does not try but succeeds.
i can laugh about the skins without making fun of them and there is a german saying "blunt is trump".
i think that fits well here. ^^

Imo, you should have typed BNGPD on the hood, and maybe spent some more time adding logos

 

You know in the rules it says you shouldn't make stuff like this.
