Reloading car does not flip it over?

So when I roll a car, and want to flip it over again, so I try to reload the car, and it reloads still upside down! could someone help me and if anyone else is having this problem? though I may sound like a n00b and the answer is really stupid and simple haha
And I've also been playing this game since May 2014 and 167 hours in it, so I do have a good bit of experience.

 

Hold Control on the keyboard then with the mouse wheel scroll up until your at about 50% power then grab a blue node ball thing while putting mouse cursor over car and hold down left click and pull upright in 3rdperson
