ok guys im thinking of upgrading from my evga gtx 770 FTW 4GB to a gtx 980ti but not sure if I should use a zotac or evga I know evga has better warrenty than zotac but the zotac has better clock speeds than the evga so I was just woundering if any of you have used zotac and if so have anyone had any problems with zotac I have always used evga so don't know anything about other brands thanks for any help. . I'd get the zotac one. Has better cooling than the evga so you can push the clock higher than stock, plus it will run quieter all the time. More fans+more cooling fins= lower fan speed=less noise=same cooling as ecga. Or if you wanted, save a bit more and wait for next generation of cards, i.e pascal and whatever AMDs coming out with next for much higher performance. Also maxwell cards will drop in price.
Wait for Polaris/Pascal. If you absolutely can't wait go EVGA, their support is great and they have the step-up thing if you want to upgrade to Pascal.
Q2 or early Q3 2016, so no later than July. You should probably wait for Polaris since they'll have GCN's great DX12 performance and better power efficiency than Maxwell, possibly on par with Pascal.
