So I installed Windows 10, didn't upgrade clean install. Beamng is the first thing I downloaded fired it up and same results. Sitting at around 10-15 fps and very unplayable :(.

You've got all required drivers installed?

    1. Try other games with high requirements to make sure it's not just BeamNG.

    2. Look around the graphics card settings to check if FPS limiter is on.

    3. Make sure the game is running with your graphics card, not integrated graphics.

Playing Skyrim with some insane mods and it handles it like a champ. WoW Ultra is not a problem, GTA V Ultra settings are none issues.

    Limiter is off

And my graphics settings appear to be different then pictures I see others post. Why is that? I have far fewer options them others. I feel like I have to be over looking something stupid simple here.

And yes all drivers are up to date

Run the game in fullscreen, disable Vsync.

If you're still getting bad framerates, check your drivers. If you're on 364.x, roll back - they're known to cause lots of issues. I'm on 361.43 with no issues.

fullscreen and disabling vsync both did nothing for frames. Also reverted to the driver you suggested and problem persists still :(.

Check the graphics card the game runs on
Your previous screenshot doesnt show this.
It should show in the graphics menu in the options menu

Warnings are shown as red boxes on the top right corner.
After you start the game, press the "help" option (the sign is a circle with a ? in the middle), and get to the "performance" tab (on the top of the screen).
It will tell the OS, CPU, GPU, RAM of your computer.

Seems there are no warnings if I made it to the correct place.

Ugh... I'm running out of ideas
In Win10, there is a core process, with no name displayed in the "applications" tab, that takes a lot of CPU power to run. It does nothing and can be manually killed with Task Manager. Kill it and check the game (if there is)

Have you tried pausing physics to test if its a GPU or CPU issue, if you don't see a framerate increase just look directly at the ground if there is a framerate increase then you should know if its a GPU problem, also you could try turning down your resolution a bit.

I don't see anything like that running so I don't think so.

Yeah I tried pausing before: 12 fps After: 12 fps. I've tried all the resolutions lol. Lets be honest though a 5930k Overclocked to 4.5 and a 980ti can handle this game at 1440 but it has almost no effect on the fps.

I just want to play the game :(, been looking forward to playing this game for months.

At this point there isn't much you can do on your end.
I suggest waiting for the next update (if everything goes fine, there should be some nice improvements on the GPU side), and hopefully solve your issue.

Not at the moment. May take a few weeks more.

    Just for reasons
Do you have Winrar installed? If no, please get the trial, open it and press ALT+B.
Can you report back the Resulting Score with multi-threading and without multi-threading?
