you probably just lost some files along the way to your computer with the amd card. I haven't heard of anyone else having this problem

In the Ati one try assigning the material again in the F11, material editor.

A graphics card manufacturer named ATI doesn't exist any more:p
In case you mean AMD: AMD Radeon Graphics cards work fine with this game, there are absolutely no incompatibilities.
Source: From a large community of which probably 50% have AMD graphics cards you seem to be the first one to notice that AMD cards don't work. That's a bit unlikely, don't you think?

besides texture. is missing part of the track.
however, the track itself has a single DAE-file

I have a lot of friends. who has the card amd. they have such problems.

I have an ATI 5870 and a GTX680. I have intermittent texture issues on both of them.

Problems with AMD cards are well known. The devs don't know what it is, but they know it's a Torque 3D bug.

Oh yes that map is screwed. Who cares it's a custom map, as long as the official maps work...

AFAIK dds files get processed differently on ATI cards...
its possably one thats saved in a different dx format...
try swapping that texture for another that you know works..
