Music Streaming and Playing

I have noticed that when I am playing BeamNG Drive I can't stream music from Spotify. The music pauses and plays all the time so it isn't smooth playing, it is trying to buffer the song and load more of it but can't load enough quickly, this is also the same when I am downloading something, it makes the download incredibly slow but when I exit from BeamNG Drive it goes back to normal internet speed. Can anyone help with this?

 

If I had to guess, I would say Drive is maxing out your CPU to 100%, causing the music to pause. What's your CPU and RAM look like?

 

My CPU and RAM is hovering around 65% - 70% each, but when i was just giving it another play it was working fine without any buffering
