accidentally got rid of the speedometer?

I clicked some random buttons trying to switch a cord on my computer and hit some random buttons, now my speedometer is gone. how do i get it back?

 

Hit escape, Open up the apps section, and click on the speedometer image, it is labeled "Tacho2" If my description is unhelpful, try finding it on the WIKI

 

To add the Ui app back into the game, simply go into the UI editor and add it back into the game.
