I have a problem about lagging when I am driving the car, actually not driving, when crashing the car or drifting, or sliding. FPS drops to 15's from 80's suddenly(In East Coast USA map). What can I do? It started happening after 0.5 updates.

PS: My computer runs East coast map on high settings except for antialiasing and dynamic reflection at 80 fps.

    PC Specs :
Operating System Windows 7 Ultimate 64-bit
    CPU
    Intel Core i7 3820 @ 3.60GHz Sandy Bridge-E 32nm Technology
    RAM
    16,0GB Dual-Channel DDR3 @ 799MHz (11-11-11-28)
    Motherboard
    MSI X79A-GD45 (8D) (MS-7760)
    Graphics
3072MB ATI AMD Radeon R9 280x (ASUStek Computer Inc)
    Storage
465GB ATA WDC WD5003AZEX-0 SCSI Disk Device (SATA)
931GB Samsung M3 Portable USB Device (USB (SATA)),

I'm sorry if I made grammar mistakes, english is not my main language.

    Try this:

Load Gridmap (or whatever level you can replicate this)
Go to options > gameplay > enable 'Advanced Mode'
In the sidemene there should be a new button named 'PERFORMANCE'
Press it, and then tap ALT+U
Drive around, drift or whatever that makes your FPS drop.
    Do this for 30-60 seconds.
Press ALT+U again to unhide the UI.

Press ALT+O and paste the link for the image here.

Read above, because your post doesn't help much as it is.

Allright, here is 3 links. I have done what you said. I hope it helps.

If you need only one, take the first or the second one.
    Thanks for your help.

Can you please turn tick that 'Updates limited' box in the performance graph screen and retry. This time do it with only 1 vehicle, and while drifting/sliding (as you said that causes FPS issues too).
    Also use official vehicle.

Just to test, try this aswell:
Press F11, click the eye icon (as shown below), go to 'visible' tab and search for 'Decalmanager'. Click the space infront of it to disable.
Then check if FPs still drop when drifting.

Retry above but this time disable 'ParticleEmitter' (and re-enable Decalmanager)

Sorry for replying too late, I had 4 exams this week :/
Here is a link with updates limited option and enabled Decal manager.

And this is "Updates limited" and disabled Decal Manager.

I used Ibishu 200bx Drift version

Retry in ECA please, I can't see any abnormal drops in the graphs above (it's in the 'normal range' for those FPS)

I am seeing the same problem. I might just be hitting the limits of my PC, but i would appreciate some comments on how to interpret the performance chart.

in particular, how do i interpret CPU delay and GPU delay? Thanks!

was using the Hirochi Sunburst on GridmapRacewayEdition.. drifting through a turn on the elevated raceway (drifting on the flat ground has no problem)

my PC has a Core i5-4460 CPU at 3.2 Ghz and GTX 750Ti graphics

That's another problem related to skidmarks and complex meshes (along with a mid-CPU).
Next update should improve it hopefully.
