Window Lighting Glitch

So this bug has been around for a while. Basically when its nighttime, the windows in all cars keep their daytme reflections:

I hope this will be fixed even though I've never seen anyone else address this issue.

 

That's how static cubemaps work at the moment. Turn on dynamic reflections if your computer can handle them.

 

I noticed the dynamic lighting thing and I have turned it on. I like to keep it off just for the extra frames (ironic that I maxed out everything else) I get good enough fps with dynamic reflections on but I just prefer to have 5 more fps.

 

Same when a car is under water the window texture is over the water texture
