My point is that Beamng will likely make another game after Beamng.drive is finished and has become universally popular. Beamng will likely be the company/group to make these games. BeamNG.Race, BeamNG.rock crawl, BeamNG.Demolition derby. . . Perhaps not exactly like this, but I am sure you get the point.
I am extremely doubtful that this will happen. Why would they make a whole new game when they already have a perfect good one? Also, the devs have expressed interest in the past about licensing the physics engine, and I personally think that is a very good business strategy.
This is the Speculation thread, is it not? That being said though, I was not aware of the Devs intent to license the engine, now that I know that, I think you are probably right. I suppose I just hope that The Beamng Developer team will want make more awesome games in the future, not just sell the engine and wash their hands of it.
Umm... "Update Speculation Thread", not "what will BeamNG's next product be?" A long awaited EMT upfit for the H-Series would certainly be in 0.5.5 since it wasn't in any of the previous updates.
Kind of a useless post, but then again this is update speculation and anything that might be deemed useless in another thread should go here How many more updates do you guys think until proper better made sounds get added? Sure we have the covet, but even that sounds a little Wip. Hopefully when better engine sounds are added the devs will try to estimate as close as possible to whatever type of engine is in each respective car, or what exhaust system is installed/detached yada yada yada. That being said there are more than engine sounds alone to do so that brings me to my conclusion guess of at least 3-4 updates before we start seeing any sort of progress. Anyone else have a more reasonable guess?, considering the backing for my prediction is based upon hopes and dreams. Edit: Also, does anyone know if the beam navigator lua will be in the next update?
Okay, got it. Your original post could be interpreted two different ways and I choose to interpret in the positive. As stated BeamNG isn't going anywhere and it's possible future is for fools to debate except for one...it will still be around. Also, anyone claiming the engine has or will be licensed in the near future out is taking a monumental and ultimately worthless leap of faith. Nothing, nada has been stated about the engine getting licensed and the subject has been rightly and swiftly terminated by the devs in the past. Back on topic shall we?....0.5.5.0
ooh yeah the etk package the coupes wheels/rims are in the game you the car that was teased a few days ago sooo ......
I wouldn't get too excited, I highly doubt we'll get them both at the same time. The 2400i will probably be released in the next few weeks, and the coupe about a month afterwards. At least that's the trend.
I highly doubt that. The 2400i would be realistic, but for me the new coupe doesn't look like it is in the final stages. The 800 was first shown at the end of november 2015, and it was released in february this year...
I think the 2400i will be next, then they take a two month break, then either the ETK coupe, or they surprise us even more, the LeGran.
So now we know that the etk coupe is called the K-Series and looks quite finished what we can´t say for the 2400i (you can see it when you look in the Micro Blogs from the devs)
