Texturing HELP!

So I'm trying to create a custom license plate using a picture of a license plate that's already cut and everything.

I don't really know what's wrong, but when I start the game and try and enter a map it says a file is missing.

@tumbbi2 I'm sorry to bump this, but I plan to make more and don't know what the problem was. How did you fix it?

 

I opened the files in Paint.Net and saved them as .dds (DXT5). I also resized them to 512x256.

When I resize the width to 512 the height goes to 241. With it like this, I can't resize it.

 

You can resize without the aspect ratio being locked. Textures for BeamNG.drive MUST have dimensions that are powers of 2.
