Update teh demo?

Maby an update to the tech demo would be nice with the new thermals and so on

 

(not to be offensive but) Some people dont get the sense of a DEMO ... It is supposed to show little features the game has to offer. It has no use to implement everything from the new game. Sure it would be nice to see but it isnt going to happen.

 

Didn't it just get updated? Its fine as is for another year I'd say unless something big comes along and makes it worth updating.

Not really. That's not the selling point of the game. The selling point is that BeamNG.drive is the only realtime realistic softbody physics sim available for purchase (at least right now).

 

Well, Beamng.drive does require a slightly more advanced system than it used to, The current tech demo runs fine on my computer on high settings but I can't run the actual game that way. I only bring this up because the purpose of a Tech demo is partly so people can figure out if they can even play the game. It is not that important I guess, especially with all the other things the Devs need to do, Just pointing that out.

 

It does need an update, really. To properly represent the current state of the game, tech aspects included.

 

I feel like an update to it would be great. It has more stuff which could or could not make it lag. Overall the game needs more optimization.

you can actually play different maps in the current version of beam.ng if you download community built ones.
