What does ETK stand for?

Considering ETK is the equivalent of BMW, which stands for Bavarian Motor Works, surely there ought to be a full-name for ETK. The official BeamNG wiki doesn't have the name, and I guess no one has bothered asking this question before. Does anyone really the true meaning of ETK?
