I can't run it. I meet the minimum requirements but keep getting the "You don't meet the minimum requirements" error.
I think the minimum was a GT740... Does the M make that much of a difference? GPU boss says the GT750M and GT740 are pretty much identical performance wise except I have an extra GB of GPU Memory.
Will this game run on a RADEON 7770 core edition? Im downloading now, my cpu is an i5-6600 so i know that's good
yes it does. because it is a notebook gpu. i had a notebook with 2x 750m in sli. a single desktop 750 a friend had ran much better/smoother in some games. (maybe because i had a crappy SLI config , but thats not the point)
Technically my PC could run this (Core2Quad and the GTX750TI havent failed me yet) but i wont upgrade to Windows 10 until they remove all there privacy invasion spyware type shit from it. If i do it'll be installed on an External HDD which will be disconnected when not in use. Also, theyve confirmed all future forza games will be on PC. Eurogamer is usually a reliable source (and they sourced from IGN, which is always reliable) http://www.eurogamer.net/articles/2016-03-01-report-forza-is-heading-to-pc
Just finished the first race. I chose the '69 mustang for the first car, handling is pretty werid since I have driven Barstow and Moonhawk on many tracks in BeamNG, it doesn't slide much even I turned off all the assists. The game looks good so far, except Microsoft said I need to pay them 9.99 dollars to change my user name and i'm still driving with keyboard now
Is your windows updated? I couldn't download Forza earlier but updating windows fixed it Graphics look amazing from what I've seen. I have bad performance on the second event, regardless of the graphics settings
going to download it now takes a while even with 15MB/s of possible download speed... nah servers are slow
So I gave it a try, I kinda like the micro transaction system considering it's a free game, it's cheap, and also not needed, I mean you start with a great handful of cars, and each event gets you 3 medals if you place first, the most you need to unlock the top vehicles was like 50 I think? Performance was amazing considering my laptop is pretty medium spec for today's standards, the dynamic rendering is a pretty smart addition too,and after a lot of fiddling around with the graphic settings, I decided to leave that on for most of the stuff. One thing I don't like though is that to get ground reflections and visible vehicle damage, you have to set the dynamic rendering to high, it's the only way, and this causes some frame drops for me which is really off putting in this game. It's got glitches with objects disappearing at the moment, but it's a beta, you can expect that.
I quite like it, no support for g27 but still. Some races are just infuriating (that rio one). Paint option is nice. Edit: Have to post here! Wooo!
Well this is the single gayest move i've thus far seen from Microsuck: You can't download if you're below there System Requirements. My Quad Core owns that I3 they list as minnimum assuming they didn't do something retarded like forget to add quad-threading in. --- Post updated --- Its a 3GB download, what are you using? Dial Up? (even that would only take around a week if that)
