Site thinks I have not bought the game

The first screen you go on In the forums section you see at the bottom showroom General discussion etc. but the problem is that there is a lock on the icon and when I click on any of them it will say there are no threads? Why is this? I have bought the game and linked it to the same e-mail but i will neot let me see any of the premium features

 

I see you are not promoted on forums. you must have done something wrong. wait for devs.

 

There is a link in the 2nd email you have to click. It should register you as a premium member on the forum when you click it, but if it leads you to an account creation screen then follow these instructions.
The link should look like this:

(replace the X's and #'s with your order ID)

 

To upgrade your forum account to DRIVE you must click the link in the email that included your license key (Subject: Your Alpha Test Access Delivery Information).


If the email you used to purchase the game and register your forum account are different please follow the directions here: Order problems? / Email changed? / Invalid serial? / Problems on Account upgrade?

 

The problem might be that i first registerd the account to the wrong e-mail. I have put it to the right one now but since its still not working should i make a new one?

 

Follow the directions in the thread I linked. T.dev will get your account upgraded.
