unfortunately mafia 2 is no longer available on steam. i plan to buy it via g2a and activating key from steam but i am concerned about the fact what if steam doesnt accept the key because the game is remowed from market (still in steam but cant buy) help me please

 

i think it should work. because keys dont expire. or do they?

its sale was discontinued because of licensing concerns with some of the soundtrack. I dont know if you can still redeem the key

 

I hve been wondering about this same issue a couple months ago and I am pretty sure if you redeem the key it would still work.

 

99% sure the key will work, I have been wanting to buy the rest of the DLC's via this way since I only own the base game

 

but the game is not available for buying have you bought them when they remowed the game?

 

I bought the base game on steam before now, but the key should work anyway
