Stock cars! NASCAR or something like that!

A NASCAR car would be soo fun to demolish! And also a oval track to race on with the car! Anyone got a build up comming?

No, sorry. There is an oval track you can get but there are no stock cars.

 

Well, maybe when the game is in a better state of development someone will mod the hell out of the Grand Marshall and make it a 90's NASCAR..

I'm interested in trying to turn the Barstow into a late 60s style stock car. I'm playing around with the game files in Blender, but it's nothing I can devote a whole lot of time t right now.

There was someone putting in an extreme amount of effort to create a Gen6 NASCAR Chevy SS, but that thread died. Maybe the user will come back, but for now we don't have much. I'd love to have some early to mid-90s stock cars and a few oval tracks to race around.

Having NASCAR would be pretty awesome. Even having a group of them, like jimmy johnsons car and some other people's cars! That would be fun!

 

I'm doing my best to attempt to get into modding and this is one of my first ideas! Only one problem... I am completely lost once it comes to the nodes and stuff. I've read through B25Mitchell's tutorial on the Wiki and (obviously) don't know what I'm doing still lmao. I just wish there was a video tutorial on YouTube or something.

 

So many people have attempted to make a nascar and failed, i can name 3 including a former developer. So it seems as if nascars are bloody impossible to make in this game.
