How To Reset The Cars To Make Them Stock

So I have been changing the options around on a lot of my cars such as the interior color, and I have been saving them into the original car place. I was wondering if anyone knows how to reset all of the cars back to stock. I have tried deleting the game and reinstalling it but they were still there.

 

Thank you, I found each file in the vehicles list in the beamng drive folder. But uh, how to you delete a thread post now?

 

You may have to manually delete the vehicles folder from the original location, in addition I would also delete the complete BeamNG.drive folder from the documents folder to make sure you are rid of everything. After that go to steam and check the game for missing files, BeamNG will see that those files are gone and will proceed to re-acquire them from the BeamNG server. This should fix the problem

A good method that moders use to make sure a game is not corrupted to the point of a reinstall is to back up certain files as a group, for example back up the whole vehicles folder to a different location or drive, also backup the documents BeamNG.drive folder to that location for when a mod goes wrong all you do is a instant re-install (copy-paste)

This thread is good I wouldn't delete it, if someone else has this same issue they will do a search and find this thread thus solving their problem. This thread is an asset to the BeamNG forum. Keep the original question and answer for all to see

 

Sorry for messing up the thread but I never used them before. I thought that they expired after a while or you could delete them. I will be more careful in the future

 

This is my first time using this so you don't have to be so rude about it. You can't assume that everyone instantly knows about this stuff. And anyways I'm only 14 so I don't use this stuff often.
