FPS issues

So I have a Intel i5-4440 and a Nvidia GTX 670. The game runs 60 fps+ before I change my car. When I change the car it automatically drops to 18 fps and doesn't go up. Can someone help me?

Do this before and after changing vehicle.

Load Gridmap (do not move the camera or the vehicle)
Go to options > gameplay > enable 'Advanced Mode'
In the sidemene there should be a new button named 'PERFORMANCE'
Press it and let the graphs fill the screen.
Press ALT+O and paste the link for the image here.

Some reason it started working fine, I had this issue for a couple of moths and it just went away. But thank you!
