The totally not at all sketchy or suspicious free candy mobile

AKA the creepy pedo van.
A van with a crappy red paintjob done by a desperate 40 year old creep and some shitty spray painted "free candy" signs, and a nasty yellow interior (oh you know what's been going on in there) with colorful red stripes to appeal to the poor naive kiddies.

Did some work on the hood, for that true "shit van" feel.
