Ibishu Covet goes up in flames for no reason when using SS Exhaust

So I noticed last night as i was playing around With the Ibishu Covet ZXI that whenever I changed from Stock Exhaust to the SS Exhaust suddenly the engine or front of the car would Light its self on fire, with a just spawned Covet I also had the Stage 3 Variable Boost Turbo on it as well as the high performance radiator (not sure if those make any difference to the issue) and, no Mods other than the Special Stage Route B map mod

 

Press Ctrl-R. It should stop.

 

I will try that next time i play it just thought it was quite odd that i put it on and suddenly the engine is going up in flames
