First off, this is in the wrong subforum; this belongs in Ideas and Suggestions. Also, nobody will make the skin for you unless if you're paying them money up front. Thirdly, if no one makes the skin, then make it yourself. Next, why would we need a taxi skin if there's no taxi features for the Grand Marshal (yet)?

Making a taxi skin shouldn't be hard. All you need is to load one of the existing skins into any image editing program (even MS Paint) and paint it yellow color and add some Taxi text and a checkered line along the side. This is a pretty basic way of doing it. The way that I like to make skins (harder) is to load the car 3D model and main skin into Blender and paint directly on it.
