Just be aware that when we ask for specs we mean:
    Cpu model and frequency
    Gpu model and vram
Ram and type (ddr3 for example)

The game is probably running in 32bit mode because it found some program that could potentially break it.

97% of the cases this is due the infamous 'lavasoft web companion' software, more like a malware than a software.
Easy fix is to delete LavasoftTcpService64.dll located in System32 (Safe to remove).

It should be under "C:\Windows\System32". (or whatever your primary drive letter is; usually C)

Could you just try posting your specs? (Processor with clock speed, graphics card & vram, and ram)
You could just have too little ram to run maps larger than gridmap.
