Where's the rest of Gabester's cars?

I just got the update today, where's the rest of the cars he created? i was expecting new cars with the update..

 

It's a very, very, very self explanatory thing. They aren't done. Look at the changelog.

 

Why would you expect that? I don't recall a post by one of the developers stating cars are going to be in the next update...

 

Of course i was expecting new things, i paid for this game with my money i expect to receive satisfaction

 

And you think Gabe can magically model a car and make it's N/B in 2 seconds? Just wait for future updates.

 

Where did you get 2 seconds from?? its been 3 weeks since the the game has been released, im sure he could get 1 or 2 cars done in that time for yesterdays update

 

Are you joking? Do you know how long it takes to create vehicles and put them in this game?

Also, you did get new stuff in this update. Hydraulic beams.
Stop being ungrateful and learn to do it yourself if you aren't satisfied with the work others are doing.

 

Metafore? One quality car can take up to months to model and make N/B skeleton. Why don't you make a car in less than two weeks? Or two of them? It isn't that fast, just be patient.

The fact that it takes him a bit to put out quality work must tell you how much of a process he goes through. Unfortunately, not everything is like paying for sex...

 

You can have how many years of experience you want, the only thing that will change is the quality. You have to model the car piece by piece: interior, chassis, body, wheels, panels, exhaust, motor, etc. You have to make a typed in N/B skeleton which takes a long time, as you have to write the position of each node and each beam. You have to make hydros, suspension, etc. There are millions of things to do to have a vehicle in-game in BeamNG. As said, you can have years and years of experience, but you'll never make a car in about three weeks. And things don't have to go your way, so just wait for the next update.

 

You do realize BNG has been worked on for around a year now right? It took Gabe a year to get what he has ingame(along with the other unfinished cars) so why are you expecting an update with vehicles..?

 

This isn't Rockstar Games buddy. Don't go into your local restaurant, order a burger and expect
to have it in 3 minutes just because McDonalds do....

The team is ten strong? Maybe less. Good things come to those who wait. I work in a "fast food" environment, and if possible, I like to take a bit of time and care over the customers food, make it as enjoyable as I can.

Weren't you saying it takes 2 weeks of full time labor to get one car from start to finish?

Why all the slacking? it's been 3 weeks gabester and we don't have 1 and a half new cars. I'm so disappointed in my purchase...

I was mocking the OP. I was hoping the title of my post would give away the sarcasm.

Keep up the good work. I'm glad you take breaks to talk with the community because it's really cool.

 

This game has yet to be released, it's in alpha. It is NOT a full game by any means. You paid to have early access to a game that may or may not be fully released.
