Game doesn't work right

So, before I even go on about my issue, I'm going to say that my first guess is that I lack a graphics card.

Anyways, the game starts up and runs, which is good and all, but the problem comes in when I get into the game. everything loads in, but the vehicle doesn't run. The gauges have these stripes of alternating shades of red going through them, and I can't drive forward, turn the wheels,or even rev the engine.

The UI still works just fine, all the buttons and everything. its just that I can't do anything to get around. Is what I assumed still the problem?

 

This only happens with broken mods installed. More Features Mod is known to do it.

 

We just recently got a new computer, so I'm quite positive there aren't any mods. So if I don't have any mods, what can fix this? Could I possibly have a broken game?

 

Uninstall the game. Then go to documents, delete the BeamNG folder
Reinstall the game.

I apologize for the inconvenience, actually. See, we transferred a lot of files onto this computer, and surprisingly, I still have a bunch of mods, a plethora of them I'm sure are far outdated. I'm hoping that getting rid of these will do the trick, and while I'm at it, I'll see if I can find any updated versions.
