I've heard from a previous post that kickdown is in the game, (kickdown shifts down a gear in automatic cars to accelerate better) and it was working well for me until now. I am not sure if the burnside has it, so I came here to ask.

So basically what happened was that I was using my burnside, trying to get it to do a kickdown, as I have a wheel, and it just wasn't happening. Why is it not taking in effect? Is it that it's not there on the burnside? The gavril works.

because the burnside shift point is set low due to limited number of gears etc, its not a car that would kick down

The gears are set to be "long" and the rpm will exceed the limit if it does kickdown at times you expect it to. That's because it only has 3 gears on the automatic I believe but still capable of going at highway speeds (takes a huge distance and patience and even wind though)
