I'm looking for parts that will fit a pc build that can run BeamNG >60-70fps on high settings in big maps that is around or below $750. I also have another requirement, that being a SeaSonic >600 watt psu, I've looked at reviews and people say they are beyond the best ones out there. Thanks in advance for responses. :) -Jack

Funny because I've still never played BeamNG, I'm waiting for the build to happen. :p

How long can you wait? Because in two months, you can get a newer video card instead (it is called RX 490) and it will have twice the performance for the same money.
Or the RX 480, which will come out around the same time, cost ~$230 and have a bit more performance than this one.
And btw, until the 31.07.2016 you can just get a Windows 7 and upgrade it to Windows 10.

Find an ATX/mATX H97 motherboard, grab a 4690 processor, 2x8gb of DDR3 memory (1600mhz is fine), Transcend MLC 512/480gb SATA III solid state drive, Asus DVD writer, Radeon Rx 480 or Geforce 1060, and any ATX/mATX case that tickles your fancy.
Use hardware review sites like Guru3d or Tomshardware to find a case that looks good and fits your budget.
A seasonic 600 watt power supply is a wise choice, I use that brand myself and swear by it. Got a 7 year warranty on mine.

The reason I say a 4690 processor is because, it'll give you the ghz advantage over that paltry 2.7ghz chip in the partpicker above, or opt to go with that part picker setup and spend a smidge more on the processor.
DONT build a new computer with 8gb, that's not enough for the new games that are coming out. Why on earth you'd build a Haswell or Skylake-based machine with only 8gb is beyond me, that's like running the thing of a hard drive. Several times a week I use all my system memory up to like 80~90%.
Transcend MLC sata drives are pretty reliable, no rocket ship for sure, but they're good middle ground between sluggish TLC drives that tend to get sloppy with older data, and top-dollar MLC drives based on the latest tech. You won't notice much of a difference between it and a drive twice the price. TLC-based solid state drives can slow to HDD-write speeds when you go beyond their 8gb buffer-zone.
You can often find OEM Windows 7 or 8 on the cheap under 100$ on Amazon, they're good enough for games now, or you could pony up an extra 20~30$ it takes to buy Windows 10, if you like that OS better, and want DX12 support. I am still on Windows 7 here because it works with what I have, if it's not broke, don't fix it (besides, I need this PC functional, whilst I help everyone with all their Windows 10 problems!).

    --I hope this helps.

EDIT: If you have money left over, you can use it for an aftermarket CPU cooler such as the venerable-but-still-awesome-for-the-buck Hyper 212 evo. They're usually 32~35$ shipped. It'll be quieter and cooler.

Skylake has slightly better IPC, better power efficiency, and is somewhat future proof. No reason to buy Haswell, outdated hardware in general is a bad idea unless it's used and cheap.
