exproting ornate building from east coast USA to custom maps.

Hi I have exported the ornate building from east coast USA to my custom map and changed the color of it. How ever when looking at it from far away on the custom map it is a red color instead of the gray color I set it to. Up close it is grey. I have copied the material from east coast USA that deals with this issue. however it is still not working. How would I fix this?

I know this problem.. Select the building with your normal "Move" tool, In the Bar on the right you have to look for "ForeDetail and put the Value to 0
