i made a post about my problem, but no one seems to know why its happening. since the last update my game has become extremely laggy its to the point of it being unplayable. before the update i was able to play the game on high setting with multiple cars no problems, however now one car is unplayable. my laptop has a 2 gb amd radeon 7670 and with turbo boost an i5 at 3.1. when i load up the options part of the game it appears its not recognising my graphics card (it says intel hd4000) and thats what it appears to be using. I know you are all busy with the good work so any help would be great thanks. bellow ill post a link to the laptop i have.

I don't know the workflow for this in Windows 8, but is the active GPU for the system your 7670 or onboard Intel?

You can disable your on-board graphics in the bios, though, that would cause the 7670 to eat up the battery when your not gaming.

EDIT: Could you post a screenshot of your device manager?
Search "device manager" with the windows search and double click on display adapters.

Not with all laptops. Some are wired for the monitor to be directly connected to the intel one so disabling it would cause you to have no display.

@OP It doesn't matter, it will always say intel in the graphics options. If your framerate is fine it means it's using your dedicated card though.

Disable your intel graphics. If there is no display, wait 15 seconds and it will revert back to normal. You could also make a ccc profile for beamng so that the 7670 is forced to be used.

Try running in compatibility mode and run as administrator?

In your AMD control panel force the game to use your dedicated card.

Did you download the beta drivers? If you did, remove them and get the latest current STABLE drivers.

Don't do it that way. Download the latest drivers from AMDs site first then uninstall the current drivers windows installed for you. Now install the drivers you previously downloaded.

CCC uses .net framework 4. Maybe somehow, it was damaged? Try re-downloading it:

Press f10 until a bios screen comes up after restarting your computer. Then just follow the steps listed above.
