That's a great future plan, you have good advantages for that I see! I'm heading to the same branch of study. I would really love to design cars as a job since I've always wanted to somehow use my creativity in my future career. I love both drawing and automobiles, what a great combination
My best drawings: I have also videos of me drawing those pictures on my YouTube channel https://www.youtube.com/user/iRecGraphics .
Because it's the first image result on Google Images when you search "bf109", with a filter applied and a signature in the corner.
Re: These segments are genuinely sweet and funny because of how awkwarddpl Do you have any idea how ignorant you sound? There's no need to put it like that, at least have a little bit of respect for other people.

Well 1st of all have you even looked at the image on google images it is a real photograph and if you open up mine you can tell i have painted it on photoshop so no im not joking
Yes i used the top left image to create the painting there is a difference the top left is a photograph in real life the the other one is my painting i did in photoshop if you cant see the difference between colours and shading you must be blind im not having a stupid little argument over a painting i created from a photograph
Here is the "drawing" with the actual photo on a separate layer above it, set to multiply to hopefully accentuate any differences. Trouble is there are none. The original image has simply been traced around. Dude, do it again but actually draw it freehand this time man, tracing and putting filters on this and then saying you drew it will help you very little. You could even do some cool shit like old Airfix boxes, I loved them.
Here is a picture I started last night. So far so good. I'm still trying to figure out the best way to do the wheels. (Those circles are the outline of the rims not the tires btw)
im back again, this time i tried my hand at a 1986 k5 blazer, all the cars listed above are ones i am going to attempt to draw / purchase. any recommendations on which to buy? i'm looking for one that's fun, with good mileage. i know the picture is kind of sloppy, the roof doesnt meet the width of the front, but i did all this by hand without a ruler so i messed up in some spots. overall tell me what you think through constructive criticism
I'm not a pro at Photoshop so I can't tell for certain what's been done, but it looks like maybe a combination of filters and hand painting. Overlaying the images shows that it is definitely the same image or at least a direct trace. Also, your background has some transparency in it. That leads me to think that you traced the image by hand, and then added a gradient for the background, but didn't notice the transparency because the original image was beneath it. I can't really fathom why you would trace it all by hand though, as I don't see anything that can be learned from that. Learning to use filters is fine, but tracing wouldn't really teach anything. I'm not pro like some people here but I do have experience with Photoshop and a tablet:
Those are really cool sketches. - - - Updated - - - if he actually hand painted it, he would still learn a little bit about painting, but tracing isn't helping his drawing skills any
The quick sketch that got the Moonhawk started: EDIT: and a quick sketch of a modern SUV I don't remember drawing also crap sketch of a full-size sedan
