I need to know how to setup the needles in blender that they are moving right in beam. And also how do I add a new Differential to get f.e. awd?

In blender, you make it so that the needle's origin is the pivot that the needle is going to rotate around. You can do this by moving the 3D cursor to the pivot by left clicking, or by adjusting the coordinates on the right tab (press n). Then on the left tab (press t) under "Tools" and "Edit" select from the "Set Origin" drop menu "Origin to 3D Cursor". The needle should be pointing perfectly upright on its default position and rotated so it matches the pitch of the actual gauges, but without applying rotation.

Jbeam-wise, we usually configure the needles on the body jbeam under props, like this:
    ["rpm", "barstow_needle_tacho", "b2r","b2l","b3r", {"x":95, "y":0, "z":0}, {"x":0, "y":-0.045, "z":0}, {"x":0, "y":0, "z":0}, 0, 5000, -2500, 1],

Hopefully that made any sense, I suggest importing some official car to blender and check how it's done there to get better idea, this is quite difficult to explain in text.

Feel free to ask if you didn't understand something :)
