Deflated tires aren't "falling" off

    The Tires are Deflated but the "rubber" still stuck on the rim, it should fall off the rim as it's not suppose to be attached any longer as you drive away or put the wheels under immense stress. Also "deflated tires" need more work, there are "gaps" in the tires, instead they should be "flat" and "loose" up to a point, then they should after some time break apart and fall off the rim
