Do Mods Automatically Update?

    Hello. I bought BeamNG on Steam a couple of months ago. I want to download mods, and I noticed that one must download mods from this website, as there is no Steam workshop for this game. If I download mods on this website, will they automatically update like on the Steam workshop? There are plenty of mods that I would like to download, but I am too lazy to individually update every single one I download. Thanks! :p
