Game won't update (Disk Read Error)

Is this an issue with steam or is it my pc?

I've had BeamNG since before pre-race and this problem never happened until now.

Any suggestions much appreciated, I can't play the game unless I can fix this.

1. Uninstall BeamNG.drive from Steam
2. Delete BeamNG.drive folder from Documents (backup your mods if you want, but don't put them back yet!)
3. Delete BeamNG.drive folder from /Steam/steamapps/common/ (If there is still a folder)
4. Reinstall BeamNG.
