For some reason I get massive tearing even though I have vsync enabled. It doesn't make the game unplayable but it's really annoying. I don't have any problems in other games if I'm using vsync.

Sometimes I also see stuttering but I have stable 60FPS. I guess this is called micro stuttering?

Is there any way to fix these problems? I've tried different drivers for the GPU.

    PC specs:
    i7 6700 4,0Ghz
    8GB DDR4
    EVGA GTX 970 @1450/7750Mhz
2x250GB SSD + 1TB HDD (Beamng is installed on SSD)
    Windows 10

What resolution are you running at? I've noticed on my 970 that even though I technically get 60 fps it just doesn't feel smooth at resolutions higher than 1920x1080

Are you using the FPS Limiter + Vsync?
If yes, do not use the FPS Limiter.

Removing the FPS limiter also removed tearing, thanks Nadeox1!

Now my framerate is about 70-100. If I have vsync enablded, shouldn't it cap framerate to 60 FPS?

I still get some micro stuttering. It looks like the game is running 50-60FPS even though framerate is over 60. I'm playing with 1080p60Hz screen.

Vsync has different ways of working.
Our doesn't cap your FPS to a specific FPS.

If you want to cap your FPS, use the FPS limiter but set it about 10FPS higher than your target.
