I was doing runs on the Industrial Course Long Jumps scenario and I noticed a strange issue when taking the first jump at high speeds. I would manage to land without losing control and continue driving, then suddenly a piece of the engine would start to spike through the top of the hood and the bottom of the engine bay into the suspension, eventually causing a broken axle and possibly pushing the front bumper off. Sometimes it can last 20 seconds, other times it takes out the axle within just a few seconds. It's difficult to replicate because the jump often spins the car around or throws it into an obstacle, but I was able to recreate the problem and recorded some footage and pictures of it.

Let me know if there's anything else I can do to help troubleshoot the problem.

Edit: Have also caused the same spot to spike less severely on Large Jump, though no axle damage.

    Try disabling the replays app
    (it's experimental and WIP)

It happened without the replay too, but wasn't recording with Shadowplay when it did. Will edit in a video of it happening without any extra apps if I can reproduce it, and will also put it into safe mode and clear cache (though only mods I have installed are maps right now).

Edit: Had it happen a few more times, one of them on both sides of the engine this time. Will post videos as soon as they're up.

    Edit 2:
