what is the main folder's name I Downloaded the pack and don't know enough about moding to know what the main folder is and I don't want to mess up the game so can you replay what folder is the main folder?
I would imagine there being a "pure server" option that checks the jbeam files and will download and run vanilla ones.
Beautiful!! What are you doing to make this happen? I think you're doing more than just changing numbers because when I go in and simply replace numbers I dont get these results. Controlled takeoffs, etc. It a lot of power, but it's pretty manageable. My favorite is on the cargo truck.. with the green lines on you can see the torque in the rear wheels, even at 90mph, with the 1000hp engine. Anyhow, A+++.
Obviously I cannot speak for OP (you should probably ask on FP) but I've had success just taking the numbers off of a dyno run, it takes a little bit of thinking to make it as close as possible, I believe all the engine torque curves are linear. Remember to also increase the maximum RPM to an appropriate level, and shift points if you want the auto to work properly.
Hi everyone. Tell me please, what part of code and in what file i need manage to make a vehicle 4wd ? And may be you can tell me, the slowmo mode exist in the game and how to turn it on? Thanks you very much
Making a vehicle 4WD is a little more complex than RoR's old propulsed=1 thing, so I can't help you there. However, slowmo can be activated by holding down ALT and using the arrow keys. Up for regular speed, down for 5% real speed, left for -20% speed, right for +20% speed.
I want to make all the vehicles 4wd. It's very difficult to control the rwd or fwd vehicle with modified engine
uhm... i put in the 500hp engine into the ibishu covet rally AWD and it crashed! not just the game either, my whole computer. it blipped a blue screen with some random crap and then rebooted. is that supposed to happen? any help?
Works perfectly fine for me. I have had beamNG crash from badly installed mods. I haven't had a bluescreen on any PC in years. I was still running windows vista last time I had a bluescreen and I haven't had vista in 5 years.
