The Problem at my steering wheel is that it's always steering a bit to the left. So when it's in the middle position, it outputs "the wheel is steering a bit to the left" So when I don't touch it, all cars strafe to the left a bit. So when left is -10 and right +10 I would need a thing that adds +1.5 or sth like that to the output from the steering wheel. And voila, my problem would be fixed...

Yeah... My first wheel was a Speed Link, and even if they are cheap, and *look* reliable, they are the worst you can buy...
It´s a wheel problem, as those wheels are not configured properly on their factory....
And, i'm sorry to disappoint, but support for "Low Spec" wheels will not be added...
If you want my personal advice, buy a Logitech Driving Force GT, it's the very best wheel for under 200€/ 226$/ 172£.
It's the wheel i have now, and it's perfect...

If you need anymore help, PM me :D
    Rusty
