Very nice for shure,I'm a real musclecar fan and use to drive them daily in the good old days. seeing this trans-am just makes me smile and i would shurely drive it the crap out of it when its in the game! Big thanx for working and updating this beautyfull musclecar,Keep it up !
Hi... I am new. Can someone tell me how to put a car in beamNG from sketchup. I can't wait until the trans am is done!
Don't use sketchup it generate a lot of inutile polys. You will must to convert your file for blender/3ds max, separate all parts of your models, texturing, coding the N/B... Good luck. Up
I wouldn't recommend using Sketchup to make cars for BeamNG; however, it is possible. Like Elvisnake said, though, it generates a lot of unnecessary polys, so be careful.
Hi there, I can understand you're happy with your car you have exported but it is disrespectful to post that in someone development thread and if you are wanting people to look at your work post in Development screenshots thread or create your own thread please. Thanks
Wow, this looks very nice! However, you should create a new thread about this in the Community Showroom or Vehicles forums.
hi i do now a lot a about this. When I I learn some more I will look at post it in community. I cant dive it yet.
Even if it doesn't work yet, you can still have a thread about it on those forums. Almost all the cars in those forums aren't in-game yet, so I think you could make a thread for posting progress updates.
Wow... you have some SERIOUS skill... Can we get a shot of the engine and subframe? Also, any progress on the NB?
Thanks you. I need to make a lot of work on the normals before put the frame, plus some mesh to redo. The project take some retard because I am also on a conversion of Silverado: it help me a lot to understand how the textures and the N/B works. These are my first polygonal attempt so ... I need a lot of time to understand the how and the why.
