I had some real fun with Hondune Buggy and thought if we could take wheelies to the next level. Immediately I remembered one of my favourite shows, Roadkill and this:
T-series seems like nice contestant for this kind of thing. Shorten the wheelbase as much as possible and add some v8 with supercharger, mesh could be taken from Gavril Bartstow or Moonhawk.

I'm terrible with .jeam, but the requirements for the car would be simple:
    Huge rear wheels
    Tiny front wheels
    Huge, light engine.
    Turbo/Supercharger
    Roll Cage
    Little in anything street legal
Virtually nothing that slows it down
    No panels
    Rear engine
    Needs to be a config
Must look absolutely beautiful (Like in the video!)
All of these are in my preferences, but I think they fit best for the idea we're going for!

For now, there's this: Torsion's D-Series Wheelie Monster. This mod achieves wheelies with unrealistically grippy rear tires and unrealistically high horsepower. Overall it's an unrealistic mod, but it is pretty amusing and may tide you over until someone gets motivated enough to create a more realistic one.

I might eventually do a realistic one, or maybe someone else will beat me to it. Better weight distribution will make for better wheelies, but realistic thermals and handling will probably not be a ton of fun.

Few people realize this yet, I'm sure, but small wheelies can already be achieved in-game using exclusively parts which come with the game! By small wheelies I mean 6in to 18in, certainly nothing to laugh at.
