I'm guessing a driving game. It's not really a racing game because there's more than just races. If I had to categorize it, I'd say driving game/damage simulator.
Multi-vehicle simulation. It'll simulate lots of different types of cars, trucks, and maybe more in the future
I would pay a whole $100 if the game would be an Open World Free Roam racing simulator, Just imagine driving realistically, Waiting for traffic and other cars and crashing cars WITHOUT EVEN GOING OUTSIDE!
Its probably better for your health and your life in general if that didn't happen Although depriving you of an actual life doing things because the game is so amazing is probably a good advertisement. Maybe even a good selling point. BUY THIS GAME! You will remain indoors forever!
From what I've heard, there is going to be money to buy the cars and performance upgrades. That sounds more like a Gran turismo type game or it could possibly, but not likely, end up a game like GTA. I hope not. Sorry, just needed to post a picture of cheese, maybe someone will make a cheese car? I like cheese.cheese = Maybe I shouldn't post when I'm hungry.
GTA - Grand Theft Auto that means stealing cars and that kind of things. So i will be happy if there is no buying cars and performances in GTA.
I really hope BeamNG will NOT turn into a GT5'ish game. In GT5 multiplayer, everyone just tunes their Ferraris and Lambos. I always got annoyed about 98% of all players tuning their cars to the max. For example, tuning a VW Bus with 200HP. BeamNG will be a crash simulator, with ugly and old cars. If BeamNG will have multiplayer, and everyone tunes their cars, I wouldn't like multiplayer either But let's just wait what we're gonna get Tdev? Can we try in single player first?
Single player will come first, and a simple class system could solve that in any case. I've always preferred races with average everyday cars
Will it be possible in multiplayer to disallow tuning and stuff? Riggght! Yup, me too. And especially in BeamNG I like stock cars, right from the factory A few new rims would be OK, but please guys, go easy with your body-kits and 24 inch rims
