Make sure your game is not running in 32-Bit. Just run the

    C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\BeamNG.drive\Bin64\BeamNG.drive.x64.exe

See if that fixes the lagging, since the game can allocate more RAM.

You tried a clean reinstall? Who knows, maybe it's just some file doing things.
Instructions are in the first post, in a spoiler.

This has been around for a while now, but in town on ECA of your car hits the curb it is very likely to pop the tires.

Well after doing a whole fresh install the game is still lagging on the main menu. I have no mods or anything installed and the main menu is just still the same.

Not sure if anyone saw this but I'm just going to make sure it is known.

On a strut suspension, the spring and the lower part of the shock (not the shaft) should rotate with the steering. However its not as detailed as it could be just because of limitations of the system that binds the meshes to the nodes, because nodes themselves do not have rotation information. There is no physical problem created by this, just visual.

Haven't seen this mentioned by anyone else other than one guy but that was in the 0.6.0 bug report thread and no one replied to him. There are some floating pebbles/rocks infront of the tunnel in utah in one end and also an smaller amount in the other end. You can't collide with them but they're still a bit annoying since they multiplied in the 0.6.1 update. Anyone else have this problem?

And yes this was in safe mode with cache cleared.

That's not a bug, not entirely.
Water pressure > Tire pressure = Tire go kaboom
As the tire doesn't actually collide with the wheel itself, it implodes like that.

Note, I'm not saying it's correct. If you throw a car into the sea, the tires would not implode like that more likely. Just that for how the thing is done currently, imploding tire is normal.

To those who experience an extremely laggy UI ingame, I have a temporary solution to it. If you slow down the games speed of emulation (the slower the better, clearly 100X is best), it will relieve the CPU since it does not have to calculate at such speeds. This results in almost total loss of lag of the UI. Simply bring it back to normal speed of emulation after all of your changes have been set, and that's what we've got for now.

Not sure if this is a recent revelation, but the D15 pickup has a problem with the four wheel drive. On a four wheel drive pickup with open diffs front and rear, one tire spinning on either axle will lead to a loss of movement, however if a whole axle loses grip the other should pull it forward but this is not the case. Currently the transfer case is behaving as if it is another open differential, which is incorrect as the power front axle to rear axle in a pickup truck should be split 50/50 at all times and never change.

If you aren't aware of it already, the physics system paused does not load anything under the parts selection, so this is not a solution.

This is a known limitation of the current system - read this entire short thread for the nitty-gritty details on the current system. A replacement system is in progress, read about it in posts #53 and #54 over here. I also asked for (and received!) some additional clarification on how this new system would behave, see post #414 here.

EDIT: do note that the referenced post #53 includes demo videos! :)

so if you put the off-road independent suspension on the D-series and remove all the damping and bump stiffness, the body disappears. still disappeared when you spawn a new D-series.

The widebody bumper of the 200bx, for some reason, can't recieve a liscence plate from the parts menu, despite the bumper model clearly having a place to mount one.

However, this should be really easy to fix, I guess it's just a missing slot for the plate or something like that.
