No tyre/tire smoke. (FIXED)

    It happens to me all the time, even if I delete the cache, and try to find it on the world editor.
    It's probably of my potato all-in-one PC, with Intel HD Graphics.
    If there's a fix, please post it.
    The video is proof of the bug.

    You have HDR disabled?
    That usually happens when HDR is disabled?
    You shouldn't disable HDR, it's pretty much no-impact on performance.
    Also, Intel HD is not suitable for gaming.

    Yeah, It's my fault for choosing CPU Performence instead of a 50/50 of GPU and CPU Performence.
    I'm going build my new PC by 2017.
