Hi everyone. I'm currently working on my first (released) map. It's going to be a 2x2 kms map, at 0.5m/pixel resolution. Totally fictious roads, but hardly inspired by the roads where I live. About 15 kms of smooth asphalt roads, and some dirt/gravel track are planned. Made most of the asset myself. The roads are mainly mountain's roads with nice views, large hairpines, and lac sides drive... Hope you will likeit as much as i'm enjoying making it. Looks like it could be a nice map when it's done. I wish you the best on creating a quality map. Heaven knows we have enough mediocre stuff on these forums. If you need any road texturing, take a look at my content I've created. If you dig for it, v7 of So-Cal (which is somewhat hidden on page 5 of the So-cal forums - not mods page but forums, and link is hosted on Mega.nz) and Tennessee, USA (also somewhat hidden in the forums and hosted on mega) have some nice textures which are free for all to use. If you have mapping questions, also post them here or private message me, I just might know and I check messages daily.

Well let me know if it goes bust on you in some way shape or form and send me the broken-map in PVT if it does break... good at fixing those! Do weekly backups, too, or atleast backup every 2nd or 3rd editing session, especially if making major changes. Also, backup your materials.cs before using the material editor in the editor in-game. It likes to completely eat texture entries. This has happened TWICE to me atleast on two different maps. I will never touch it again. Text mode editing ftw.

C'est assez prometteur comme map ravi de voir que (Certains) des Français font du si bon boulot ! Si t'as besoin d'aide ou un truc ainsi hésite pas a me demander par MP
This map looks fun to drive on. Looks nicely detailed too. All these road features are amazing. I've never seen speed cameras and roundabouts in this game but now i will do.
make a sky cube map with mountains because at the moment we don't have the feeling to be in savoie. Tous mes encouragements pour la réalisation de ta map qui a l'air très cool. Et vive la France évidemment.
