Fastest car? (top speed)

Hello there.

So i was trying to reach maximum speed on several cars, i ended up doing 488 km/h until the suspension started to wobble in the SBR4

I stripped everything i could to save weight, i used Nomi's fully custom race engine, whit a customizable trans

so i wonder, can anything go faster? i have tried several setups on several cars and this is what i got

Answering your question, download configuration mods so they have faster engines.

 

TIP: If your'e having trouble with high speed stability try using a big wing in the back. It worked for my ETK-I, but I only managed 330-ish kph

 

Yes their is a way to go faster it's called a plane. Please look before you post stuff and clog up the forums.

The theoretical top speed of my SBR4 configuration is about 650 kph, but usually the tires explode ap 500kph or the turbo gets destroyed from overheating.(i used the customizable engines and drivetrains mod)

I got up to 350 mph in a modded covet in the techdemo. I had an invincible suspension with tires at around 100 friction in the jBeam. It had a custom engine.

 

I've done about 500 in a modded bolide

 

400 MPH by nosediving in a B25 Mitchell.

 

I did some testing to find out the top speed of every official car in the game and this is the result: (the top speeds here are what i was able to reach in 5 min of tuning. I´m sure these cars can go a faster if someone takes their time to tune the cars perfectly)

from slowest to fastest:
Ibishu Pigeon - 247 kph limitation - instability and lack of traction
ETK I-series - 338 kph limitation - no customizable engine
Gavril T-series - 368 kph limitation - weight,suspension and lack of traction
Hirochi Sunburst - >360 kph limitation - thermals glitched out, piston rings get damaged even with super radiator
Ibishu Miramar - 400 kph limitation - too small engine and no turbocharger (905 hp max)
Gavril H-series - 407 kph limitation - suspension and aerodynamics (has the second most powerful engine:>2800hp-can probably go much faster with proper setup)
Gavril Barstow - >425 kph limitation - aerodynamics and power (no supercharger on customizable engine:~2070 hp max)
Gavril D-series - 440 kph limitation - same as H-series
Gavril Roamer - 448 kph limitation - same as H-series
Burnside Special - 464 kph limitation - suspension and same engine as Barstow
Ibishu Covet - 477 kph limitation - catches on fire which pops tires
Gavril Grand Marshal - 478 kph limitation - power(no supercharger on customizable engine)
Bruckell Moonhawk - >478 kph limitation - same as barstow
Ibishu Pessima(modern) - 486 kph limitation - no turbocharger (1361 hp max)
Ibishu Pessima(old) - 541 kph limitation - power and tyres
Ibishu 200BX - 554 kph limitation - rear suspension explodes at this speed
Civetta Bolide - 560 kph limitation - super radiator can´t cool it down fast enough to prevent damage and customizable radiator lasts just long enough to reach this speed
ETK K-series - 564 kph limitation - instability at high speeds and tyres
ETK 800-series - 564 kph limitation - same as K-series
HIrochi SBR4 - 627 kph limitation - tyres( i haven´t found any that survived for more than 30 seconds at >500 kph)

 

IMO mods shouldn't count. it's too easy to download a car engine with 20,000 bhp and drive 800kmh or something. What's more interesting is who can get the fastest stock car?
