Tires dont have braking performance

No car is able to reach their real life counterparts deceleration, also have they no real reserves to turn.
It is for me as a simulator player (Dirt Rally, Gran Turismo and Forza 6 with simulation handling) pretty strange to not get the corners like I want to, the brakes just lock up and there I go into the forest.
The performance interface is a good proof that there is something wrong.

 

I should've said it, but the performance is still too weak without abs... A Porsche panamera brakes in 34 metres, the SBR4 over 38.. Every car just seems to not get the g's ^^

 

But the SBR4 has literally nothing in common with the panamera.

 

The design is pretty comparable, but you're kinda right. But since all the cars in that class brake from 100 kph to zero in less than 35, it doesnt really matter that the SBR4 is not a Panamera, same thing with the Sunburst RS (40m) and the Mitsubishi Exo X (35m)

 

And there are many cars that can do it in less than 30 meters.

 

I dont know about any... The best I've heard was 32 m or so...

Keep in mind, it only contains cars that they have tested. Many other cars exist that can do it.
The top 6 cars in the list braked in less than 30m (98,4ft). The best result was 27,4 meters. (90ft)

 

Ok, thanks for the article. Although 100 kph is about 62 mph, I'm sure that the Corvette will stop under 30 m from 100 kph. But thanks for another source, couldn't find any others on my own

 

Alright, no problem. I didn't consider the mph conversion, but it probably doesn't make a huge difference in the end. Maybe 10 or 20 cm here and there.
